The email i received is definitely a SCAM to obtain your information to create an identity.
Please Do Not sign up or send any of your personal information to these thieves, for they are criminals.
It is most likely, if you receive a email asking for any personal information such as SS number, Birthdate, Home address, Telephone Number…I can guarantee it is a fraud, especially if it is sent from an OVER SEAS ADDRESS / Account.
